Man, i was sitting for a minute thinking "But i did write 1/23/09?" And then it hit me haha. I'm still not used to it being 09.

I was there.  It was awesome, the guys put out tons of energy and really got the crowd going from what I could tell from my spot on the rail between Corey and Matt's spot on stage.  =P  Slipknot played a very good set as well, lots of old stuff.  Coheed, kinda bored me.

Do you know the setlist?

Yeah i kinda figured that it'd be a good show. I really wish i had gone now that i think back on it. I saw Trivium back last march or the year before (the one after their bus broke down in iowa on the way haha) and they played really good then.
I bet it was much better than Station 4. The Xcel Energy Center is such a good arena in all aspects.

Station 4 sucks, but it is the best place to go for small scale shows like that in St. Paul.  When you can get on the scale of the xcel center, it's awesome, I saw this tour twice and the energy and movement of the band has been amazing.  Now all we need is a station4 length set in an xcel building!
