Any Chance of a Crusade Special Edition?

Could include all those b sides that we love so muchand it would awesome to have the videos included! And maybe some live stuff? I'm kinda guessing that if there was gunna be it would have been released already? Kinda ashame tho, there would have been lotsa great stuff for it!
