I live in New Zealand and i got it when it first came out, didnt have to order it either, it was just there on the shelf.

Fine, that i remember, i noticed "mistakes" on Alison Hell, Dead By Dawn, The End Complete and I hated how Ripper sang Abigail, especially since his range is very inferior to King Diamonds. And im not even going to comment on the songs from the RR United album, since i only liked 2-3 songs from the album, and none were played live, haha. And wtf was up with most of the songs having from 3-4 guitar players in it?
