He is a very good artist but I feel that he droped the ball with this one, it's not bad but not amazing. The perspective is lacking, the proportion is off, the muscles are placed akwardly, the style of the paint is bland, and the colors are mediocre. There is still time I would have him redo it or if he can't have someone else do it. That was the point, to have a vast emptiness behind him, if you look toward the corner you see color coming toward him, and that he is holding onto something.
