I need to know if any of the administrators can get any info on if trivium will be heading to NZ after Aussie. Because if they aren't I've gotta find the money to go see them in Sydney. Please I need any info you can give me, its greatly appreciated.

I'm with you man!! When I saw there was no nz show on their site I was gutted as.I'm not sure if I can get the money to go to Oz either but I'm dying to see Trivium.

Yea man. I got my Brother and my Brothers mate into Trivium and we all wana go see them. But if they dont come here and I can't find the money to see them in Sydney I will be so dissapointed words cant describe it. Trivium is one of my faviroute bands I worship those dudes, and if my bro and his mate see them and I don't god will that suck.

I don't have any solid info on that but I know the guys were hoping a whole shit ton that they got not only to NZ but as much of NZ as they could on this tour, so hopefully that means they do have a NZ date in this slew of Asian/Australia dates.

I desperately want them to come here too. I would go to Australia to see them like I did last year, but I'm heading over to see all of Satyricon's gigs there and I am going to be totally broke when I come home. It just sucks that big bands go to Australia and not here.
There's been an official announcement about the Australian tour with no mention of NZ. I have a faint hope that they will announce a show here anyway but I ain't holding my breath.

Well Im just gonna cross my fingers coz I dont have the money to go to see them in Oz.I really hope they do though.

5 Aussie tour dates and not even one NZ concert? Arggg rage. Looks like im gonna have to go to Aus to see em....... even tho im going in april aswell. Why do no good bands ever come to nz?

I have several theories.
1. They don't realise New Zealand isn't attached to Australia (or they think that Australia and New Zealand are the same place).
2. They don't realise we are a first world country and don't live in huts in trees (I ACTUALLY had someone ask me that on Myspace once... the mind boggles!).
3. They think it's just like Europe where you can get dirt cheap airfares from one country to another.
4. They don't think people listen to metal here, or know that we DO have internet and can listen to and find all sorts of bands.
5. They can't be arsed. It's just too much effort and too much money to come to some silly little country at the bottom of the world.
6. They think we can just drive to Australia (see number 1).
7. They can make so much more money going to a country (Australia) that has a significant population, instead of some country that has more sheep than people.
But my favourite theory is:
