Yupp i think that will happen.

There WILL be a special edition? If there is, hopefully they do the same thing they did with Ascendancy and throw all the videos for the album on there, as well as a live performance (hopefully a longer one this time lol)

Roadrunner is Notorious for doing special editions.

Broken One was Japan only bonus track on The Crusade. And also a B-side for Anthem.

I think it's cool how they can change their sound, between The Crusade and Ascendancy there are different elements that are all awesome. Even though Ascendancy sounds harder than The Crusade, I still headbang so hard to songs on The Crusade like Becoming the Dragon (mostly on the part where he says "You'll never stop, the becoming, yeah!"), or on the solo for Anthem when they just blast you with triplets.

QUOTE(PuppetMaster @ May 1 2007, 08:23 PM) Broken one is an awesome song. Paolo is fucking amazing! They made a lot more money selling the single with extra songs. Honestly I'm not too fond of the crusade album though... I've got a feeling Trivium are going downhill... it all stopped at Ascendancy. It's their best album by far, and now the music has totally changed. They use different guitar amps, different guitars, different pickups, and trust me it makes a big difference in the sound of the music. Matt needs to whip out his Gibson again. It's so badass! The screaming needs to come back too!! Trivium is still metal, but it's a different kind of metal... not exactly the kind of metal I'm really into...

QUOTE(Grumma @ May 2 2007, 12:30 AM) Just because they've changed sound doesn't mean they're going downhill
Exactly, just because you change the timbre of your instruments doesn't mean that you can't make metal anymore. When Bodom made Are You Dead Yet they changed their style way bad, but it was still heavy as hell, same concept with Trivium, and Metallica, and tons of other bands.
