well ive been looking around and im gonna choose between 2 amps, they are both marshall MGs and i found out zakk wylde uses MGs and these are much cheaper than i thought.
Marshall MG250DFX Stereo Combo Amp (£224)
or
Marshall MG50DFX Combo Amp (£159)
This is the guitar i own:
ESP EC-200QM:

They come with EMG LH-300 Pickups
Now people can u help me what amp should i go for?
Any help please

I would not get an MG even though Wylde uses one, I think they sound like shit. I'd go for a Peavey valveking 1x12 or 2x12. http://www.musiciansfriend.com/product/Pea...-Amp?sku=481442

zakk wylde uses the MG practice amp.
on stage and in the studio he uses a JCM800
big difference. haha. but yeah, peavey valveking is a good suggestion if your looking to buy new, theyre cheap and they sound great.

i found a peavey valve king 112 for £279 here
and that was the cheapest one i could find. Is this loud enough to play for a gig?. Im currently using a Marshall MG15 and that really isnt loud enough to play at gigs and does this have good gain?
Also this is a tube amp, isnt it?
more help please! thank you.

(EDIT): Im gonna order it next week. Seems like a quality amp and its £290 with postage

I've found that I don't like the sound the Marshalls get. Something to look towards would be a Peavey 6505+ (5150), or a Mesa Mark IV or Road King. Experiment around at your local music stores, don't just buy before trying!

really? i think the MG's are pretty good practice amps, i think they sound pretty good.
im actually shopping for a practice amp at the moment, plugging into my half stack to practice is not very practical... especially for my tubes. lol. anyone have any suggestions for practice amps? i dont wanna spend over $150 u.s. unless im completely in love with it... idk.
