I'll second the Judas Iscariot recommendation. I like the slow, heavy riffing they use, particularly.
Another very good album I picked up recently was Salvation from Funeral Mist. Highly recommended!

Not black metal, but Draconian is some good doom metal.

I really can't understand how so many supposed "Doom Metal" bands are called such, when they have absolutely no commonality with true Doom Metal (Pentagram, Cirith Ungol, Candlemass, Saint Vitus, Mercy, Fall of the Idols, Witchfinder General, Pagan Altar, Centurion's Ghost, The Gates of Slumber, Reverend Bizarre, etc). I like the term those COTD folks coined for it, though - nü-doom. I don't necessarily dislike bands like Draconian, My Dying Bride, etc. I just fail to see how they're a reflection of a genre formed by the likes of Pentagram, Mercy, Candlemass, Witchfinder General, Pagan Altar, and so forth.
Anyhow, if you're looking for a pretty decent spinoff band which is often passed off as Doom that incorporates Black Metal elements into their music, I might suggest you check out the Ark of Thought and Mournument albums from Deinonychus.
