Cannibal Corpse

Just got the press release from Metal Blade about the full European tour. In the UK, as we already know, we get AOAA and Trigger The Bloodshed as the opening two bands while the rest of Europe get Evocation and Obscura! Might start looking for cheap flights now...

Thats a bit unfair. I WANT OBSCURA DAMNIT!!!

I'd like to see Cannibal Corpse.. but I'm not willing to watch Annotations Of An Autopsy and Trigger The Bloodshed, again.

Haha Trigger the Drumkit were pretty painful. To be honest I can't think of a less appealing lineup but that's just because I never have liked, and never will like Cannibal Corpse.

I'm not a big fan, but I'd pay to see 'Stripped, Raped and Strangled' alone. I love that song

Yeah that has some really memorable riffs & the vocal patterns really stand out.
THEY THINK THEY KNOW ... WHO I AM.. ALL THEY KNOW IS I LOVE TO KILL!
Well done Chris Barnes.
I just hope that Trigger the Drumkit's sound doesnt sound as dodgy as it did when I saw them with Evile. (AND FOR FUCKS SAKE.. TURN THE DRUMMING DOWN!!!) That was so annoying that all I could hear was the triggered to hell drumming ¬_¬

April 29, 2009 10:54:21 AM UTC Post #118

Yeah, when I saw them support Evile the other night I thought they were really poor. Their sound really did suck.. I'm going to post in the gigs thread when I get home anyway, I want to see what my photos come out like.
Anyways, this is a Cannibal Corpse thread.. so I'll shut up about Trigger The Bloodshed. I agree about 'Stripped, Raped and Strangled' Mattie - It's really memorable, and my favorite Cannibal Corpse song

Just in case anyone wants to go to any of the shows in Europe, flights to many of the cities the tour is going to in France, Spain, Poland etc are currently about £50 return on Easyjet (as long as you choose not to take any hold baggage) and they've not started their (almost inevitable) Autumn sale yet. I probably won't since I'm not a massive fan of CC or DF, if it was Suffocation and Bolt Thrower that might be a different story...

I apologise for taking this thread off topic once again but, I need some Bolt Thrower.
