i bought a shirt at one of the headlining shows... does the band know how cheap they are? the logos and shit are falling off... and it started before i washed it...

There is a link to complain to Bravado our merch company. They are one of the biggest in the world, Iron Maiden and many other big acts are with them. It's all made by machines, so sometimes shit fucks up, I suggest complaining to them and maybe they will be able to give you another shirt or something.

yah man it is shitty, well the sweater is cheaply made, the material sucks! i washed it once and it already started to get full of lint...but w/e =]

this only prob with trivium mech is that the lining on the end of my crusade3 tour hoodies come off a bit, check back with me on wednesday week when i see trivium and ill se what the quality is like

So I got the same problem with the silver tour shirt.
Bought it yesterday in Cologne (fuck yeah, one of
the best concerts I have ever been to).
I wrote a mail to bravado(customerservices@bravadolive.com):
"Good Morning
Yesterday I attended the Trivium gig in Cologne, Germany and bought a silver Trivium Tour Shirt. I was wearing it during the gig, and now
the letters on the back start falling off. The picture I attached
is taken without having it washed, so this is just from 1 time
wearing it. The Shirt was 30 €, which is really a lot for a student,
if you consider that the ticket was only 20 €. I hope you can send me
an replacement shirt or give me the money (or at least some part of it) back.
If this is not the right address to complain about shirts I would like to know the right one.

I hope they will give a reply, but if they don't, I think someone from the bands management should have a look at that. Not to mention they had
far to less shirts. (Got the last medium one), and all other shirts were sold out too.
