hey, i dont know many scales or runs apart from the bluesy pentetonic scales and some small like in d-minor. its really limiting my improvisation quite alot. i was wondering if anyone could post a few good examples of some scales/runs/licks in d-minor and f sharp minor?
it would help me so much

Here's a run you can practice that ascends up the D Natural Minor (D E F G A Bb C)
QUOTEE||---------------------------------------|
B||---------------------------------------|
G||--------------------------------------|
D||-----------------------------5-----5-|
A||---------5-----5-7---5-7-8---7-8---|
E||--5-6-8---6-8-----8-----------------|
---------------------------------------|
----------------------------------6---|
--------------5-----5-7---5-7-9---7-|
--7---5-7-8---7-8-----8-------------|
----8---------------------------------|
--------------------------------------|
--------------------6----6-8----6-8-10-12-||
----6-8---6-8-10---10-----10-------------||
--9-----9-----------------------------------||
--------------------------------------------||
--------------------------------------------||
--------------------------------------------||
Here is the same style of a ascending lick in F# Natural Minor (F# G# A B C# D E)
QUOTEE||--------------------------------------|
B||--------------------------------------|
G||--------------------------------------|
D||----------------------------------4---|
A||---------4-----4-5---4-5-7-4-5---4-|
E||--4-5-7---5-7-----7------------------|
----------------------------------------|
----------------------------------------|
-------------------4---4-6-4-6-7-4-6-|
--4-6-4-6-7-4-6---4------------------|
----------------------------------------|
----------------------------------------|
-----------------------5---5-7-5-7-9-||
--5---5-7-5-7-9-5-7---5-------------||
