No. Trivium have a perticular divine intervention that prevents them from existing on October 12th. According to legend they miss the day out entirely and for that one day no one remembers who they are or where they came from.
Or so the Legend goes....

They do however have a 13th month that consists of one day called "Trivember", no one else except members of Trivium and close friends of the band, and anyone who's shagged a member exists on that day.
However the shagged people only participate as long as they've still got Trividust inside them.

So you see. Trivium is a very unique band, chosen by Thrasikus, the God of Trash to miss all October 12th's and Participate on a Trivium only day where they are not only the best band on the planet but the only band on the planet through out Trivember.
and that's the legend of Trivium's missing day.
