I guess from my recent self conscious awarness as of late that it's lead to me posting this thread. Does anyone ever feel guilty from downloading such volumes of music and movies via the internet, and never paying? Sure, some of us may use Torrents etc. just to trial a band, and then go and buy the album, but most simply abuse the privilage and download in masses. What are the implications onto the music industry? |

I don't do it myself, mostly because I'd just much rather pay for a CD, than get a free soft copy. I can't really say I'm against the concept, though. I spent a couple of hours yesterday stealing footage from F1 races, which is actually more illegal. |

I download to sample, if I like it, I'll probably download it all then buy. If I don't like it, it gets erased, or never tended to. |

I do buy albums when i can but most of my music is downloaded which hinders me in a way becuase i can only listen to it on this computer becuase for some reason when ever i copy a cd the music does not work on my cd players even when i convert them from mp3 to what ever format |
