I hope someone can help me.. I pre-ordered the show I went to - which is posted now (fuck yeah). BUT, I click on "new files waiting" and nothing happens. Is it just not a good connection on my part? I went thru the "help" page, and made trivium.org a trusted site...turned off my pop-up blocker. Just wondering what the drill is for this process? Do I need to leave the page open and wait? I'm confused.

I updated Java. I think I'm getting it now.
