I agree with you on owning the actual CD, but I've never got this thing about mp3's being worse than CDs.
Do you have a really good CD player? 'cos I play pretty much all my music these days on my PC wired through my hifi and I can't tell the difference between PC and CD unless the rip is really bad.

i do it, and I dont much care. I dont think I should have to pay upwards of $18 for a cd. I think that the only people that should get paid for a cd are the artist and the studio engineer. And God knows that they dont get most of the money. The artist can have my money when I go see them in concert.
