umm i can't even remember what kit I have lol.
Pretty sure it's just a basic Pearl one.
And the mic I used was about a $5 one from Office Works (one of the cheap ones that have a single ear bud attached as well)

Now adler is a great drummer, lombardo is good, jordison is sloppy but he's ok, travis's footwork is pretty amazing,
and 11AC is right always somebody better famous or not, tim yeung is quite good!
and to esp boy, you can tune any snare to sound unique and good, buying someone else's sound is not what a creative drummer likes to do very often when they start bringin their own things into the instrument

Tim is a great drummer. Too bad hes in a band which is a waste of tallent. Divine Heresy are one of the most boring/uninspiring bands ever.

thanks!!!

yup...i definately feel that theres someone better than someone else.
oldest story in the book.
basically comes down to what drummer you like the best.
im a metalhead at heart.
but if i hear a dope ass beat that comes from a ska drummer...imma give them their props.
same case with latin percussionist,jazz drummers,hip hop;etc
why so much hate on tim yeung?
the man is talented...i saw his drum solo from namm 08..
and i got to say...i was disapointed..
but..w/e

any new drummers that have caught your eye?

In my old band the drummer always felt he needed to play louder than everyone. So we got bigger amps and he still played louder, why do drummers do this?
