He's definitely got enough shape to shift.

QUOTE(Mattie)Dave Gray (The Berzerker.. although they used a drum machine for studio recordings)
He's Akercocke's drummer, he's just helping out The Berzerker as a session guy. They also used a real drummer (I forget his name, Gus will know I'm sure ) on at least one album and for several tours.
Anyway, most of my favourite drummers have already been mentioned (Nicko, Pete Sandoval, Gene Hoglan, Proscriptor, Mike Smith, Steve Flynn etc) but one name I'm surprised not to have seen mentioned is Richard Christy of Death/Control Denied fame who also played with Iced Earth and his own band Burning Inside.
I'm a big fan of Dark Funeral/Defleshed/NonExist drummer Matte Modin too, the guy is brutally fast but manages to retain a sense of groove that is lacking in most other drummers who play that fast.
The guy from Goratory whose name escapes me right now is unbelievable too, he's probably the best 'blast-beat' drummer I've ever seen - if anything I'd say he's actually faster than Flo Mournier and has a less sloppy technique (Flo's snare hits can be quite inconsistent at full speed).

Talking about Akercocke.. how comes no one told me they were supporting Morbid Angel in london??? :x
I would have got my ass to that gig no problem.
