Flight Of The Wounded Ice Dragon

Well, I was bored to say the least. I felt like doing an extreme power metal type thing, and all I could come up with was ripping off dragon force.
Here is my interperetation of an epic Dragonforce solo battle, and showing how much better at power chords I am at Sam. I really like the way the lead came out even though the harmony for the 3rd arpeggio is definately wrong.
I had so much fun doing this you have no idea... Comments, Questions, Criticisms?

How did you perfect your sweeping Technique? it's amazing.
I swear to god, move to Canada, we'll start a band.

Haha, sweeping was perfected by a shatload of metronome practice and various other techniques. One of the most helpful being seperating what the hands are doing. Get a hair tie or something to mute the strings and work your legato with your left hand until it's up to speed. Then work your right hand by slowly going through different sweeps at different speeds.
A metronome is your best friend for sweeping. There are a lot of techniques you can perfect without a metronome, but for sweeping it's almost necessary.

Hahaha, that was awesome, sick sweeps, the song title makes me think of Rhapsody or Avantasia
