Floyd Rose Help?

Right.. recently i have re-strung my guitar.
I done it the wrong way at took off ALL the strings then strung it.
this is whats happened
(sorry about the crapness of the pics, took with crappy 2mp phone cam with flash, lol)


Its like really high and wiered.
I have been told i need to 'reset' it?
If this is true, how do i do it?

If its leaning forward which i think it is in the picture, in the back of your guitar, there should be springs connected to the bottom of the bridge, and the springs are held in place by screws, tighten the screws to bring the bridge back down, then you might have to retune your guitar a few times and mess with the screws to get the right tension on the bridge with the right string tension.
Just make sure the bridge is parallel to the body

Its amazing how such a simple thing can be such a pain in the ass
