Chelsea have lost their chance methinks.
I think everyone should pay tribute to the achievements of Gretna who a few years ago were playing in England, the Unibond League, then when there was an adjustment in the Scottish leagues they were put into division three. In the past three seasons they have won division three, division two, reached a cup final which they lost on penalties to Hearts, and finally won division one to reach the premier league.

I am a little bitter coz we are pretty much out now.. Old Trafford is a hard place to travel in a cup replay.
Im not making excuses at all..but the ref didnt have a good game man. United out played us, simple as that.

I saw a match between M'Gladbach and Hertha Berlin yesterday and it was probably the worst officiating Ive ever seen. One player got a yellow card for a "rough challenge" even though he got the ball and never touched the other player. They even screwed up some obvious offsides calls. Anyway, I saw a little bit of the Barcelona-Real Madrid game yesterday and all I can say is wow. Probably one of the fastest games Ive ever seen.

my god that picture of terry still makes me cringe, it made my blood run cold when we saw it on the replays, we were at the game but were not able to see the incident.....we did see the arsenal players gesturing frantically for the medics

Man U have a few injuries.. We are at home.. I fancy an upset.. (Dont want to tempt fate) but we have dumped them out at this stage before..
Well it was close (and could still happen).

QUOTE(triviummetal @ Apr 19 2007, 02:50 PM) I never count chelsea as a team anymore if manu end up coming second il still count that as they won the premiership because technically any team which has a multimillionaire as their owner could win the league.
You dont count Chelsea as a team anymore? How can a team full of world class players not be a team.
They certainly play like a team..
Oh yeah and saying any team which has a multimillionaire owner can win the league is just silly.
