Neil Buchanan. same kinda presenter as Tony Hart, but Tony Hart had something special. He was a national institution, you'd be hard pressed to find someone under the age of 50 in this country who didnt watch him as a child, he had a universal appeal.

I never really knew Tony Hart but I did know Morph. Man that character was awesome!
