It is exactly the same as the MXR 108, but it has Kerry King's name on it. Go for either of them and run them in the loop. You will be surprised how close you can get to an Acsendancy tone.

Posts: 160 Member #: 18,263 Joined: 09/15/2009	exact same amp, eddie left peavey, he has rights to the 5150 name, peavye has rights to the amp, the amp sold well and was popular, peavey later reissued the 5150 with the 6505 name, 65 years of peavey in 05 65=05, the 6505+ is the same as a 5150 II what kinda settings would i want on the EQ? mid boost im assuming? shaped like a frown? and will my not so good speaker cab harm my tone horribly?(triple XXX, no marshalls in stock, cheaper then 5150 cabinet)
