I've gotten hold of some cash and I'm seriously considering putting them aside for a new guitar. I've been thinking about an Ibanez RGT42DX, any thoughts? |

Marshall DSL heads are killer. I think the 50 watt model has better tone than the 100 watt model though! |

But the only other guitar i have with a trem is my LTD MH-50 and i'm trying to phase that out or my asenal. |

That's pretty much what I'm doing. I might buy his older model with the hard tail. I don't know if I really want a floyd on my 7-string. |

I've decided that i'm going to get a Jeff Loomis signature schecter. the look kinda grew on me and its a bargain. |

My bandmate has a C-7FR, He keeps it one tuning most of the time though (BEADGBE), Ive gotten to play it a few times, and it feels and plays great. |

EMG's don't sound good unless the guitar is downtuned/7-string. |
