So I'm trying to learn A Gunshot To The Head Of Trepidation and I just can't get the solos down, Coreys and the H/o/P/o bit, matts slow (compared to coreys) one I can just about do. But doing coreys and the harmonised one fucks me over every time. I spend about 2 hours a day trying to get it up to speed, to no avail.

Anyone got some tips?

Hey dude! I can play all their songs and solos and Gunshot is by far their most difficult, maybe try some other songs by them and get Corey's style down once you get used to his solos they just get easier, Although if your hell-bent on learning gunshot just keep on taking it slowly, yeah its a bitch having to play so slowly but it pays off tenfold in the long run :)

Ye. I'm fairly certain being able to play the whole solo wld make me a huge chick magnet lol (many metalhead girls around where I live.)

I've got the (a)8-7-8(d)7(a)8(d)78b 77(a)8)7 bit through the hammer-ons down, and the slower bit from matts solo, when he does the h/o bit from A to E I can't get, nor the harmonised bit. Other than that I've pretty much got it down.

Also, I see people on YT and other forums brag it only takes 2 hours to learn a song including solo. Are they just bullshitting, aare they amazing, or am i doing it wrong?

@reaper94: haha thanks man, just keep working at it, like I said its probably their hardest solo, and about people sayin they can learn song and solo in 2 hours its completely dependant on the song there learning, depends on the difficulty of the song, keep up the shredding dude!
