I was depressed, so I recorded a little slow melodic solos, added to em, and deleted em afterwards.
it helped me cope, I'd be an emotional wreck right now

drumming is a good release for me cos the agression goes into speed etc. when i nail a hard part in a song it literally makes me smile loads lol. music helps me be happy loads

If people are gonna say the same things, (music, friends etc) this thread isn't gonna get all that far.
Rain on a hot day.
Long conversations through the night.
Nostalgia.
Barbeques.
Landing back in Heathrow/Gatwick after being away.

Seeing my friends after class at uni
Curling up on the couch with a DVD and a good friend
Going for a walk in the field and trying to catch my sheep.
Driving a quad bike
Walking on grass with my bare feet
Cheesy boy band songs that remind me of being 12yrs old.
Late night phonecalls that keep me awake for an hour afterwards
Watching my 5yr old little cousin defy the odds.
Icecream duringthe winter.
