HELP!

Me and my Girlfriend went to Mayhem Fest in Burgettstown, Pa and we both pre ordered the In Waves album but for the Past 5 days now ive been trying to redeem our codes for the cd's and they are STILL invalid. If only included the picture to prove I actually have two. If you need the actual codes I can send them. Please help, Im out $30 and No cds!

i believe the codes work on the records release date. Email Customer Support and if you don't hear back in 48 hours let me know and i will see what i can do.

@AshesArise: Ive emailed Mayhemtourstore, Trivium.org, and Roadrunnerrecords and NO ONE has giving a reply about the issue. And ive been chatting with a lot of people who are having the same problem and they havent had any replys yet either. So im guessing we are just getting screwed over am i right? doesnt seem like anyone is honestly worried about these mayhem pre order cards not working.

I have 2 codes too that still doesn't work.Is it possible to combine them for the CD/DVD/tshirt bundle?

I am having the same problem too. I'm a bit disappointed too because I was planning on getting the CD/DVD T-Shirt bundle which is now sold out. I've emailed mayhemtourstore@gmail.com 4 times already and I have never received a reply. I just now sent my 2nd email to Trivium's customer service. The sad thing is that I basically spent $15 for an autograph considering if I wanted to I could go to Best Buy and get the CD today. I really hope that someone helps me out here because I'm not trying to be out $15 just for an autograph... Hopefully the band cares more about their fans than the record label does. And from what I hear so far they do.

I had the same problem so I emailed roadrunner and they apologized and sent me a new code right away. So I pre-ordered the cd charged the shipping to my credit card, which was nearly $8, and figured all was well. I did not recieve a confirmation of my order which was strange but the money was held on my card. 5 days later the held funds disappeared, were not charged to my card, and as of 8/15/11 have not received the cd either. I emailed them again on the 10th and have heard nothing since. Pretty disappointing. I thought they would have their s**t together a little beter than this. Hopefully they get it all straightened out soon.
