Hi, well..I play guitar, got a B.C. Rich Warlock..however, I'm a beginner...Only played for about 2 months. |

Just do a couple fore arm stretches, and keep playing until you work that muscle enough for it not to cramp |

also try to use your wrist rather than your arm as much as possible |
