actually, thats dead wrong, they are superb live. the solos may be long but they trade off each other enough and dick around on stage enough so that you dont get bored watching it.

That video says different. It was painful for me to watch that it was so bad. I couldn't deal with that shit at volume.

watching that video, you can attribute it all to Sam. Herman's solos sounded spot on, whenever Sam got involved lead wise it all went to hell. i put it down to the fact that Sam is perpetually pissed.
that said, they sounded a lot better when i saw them in Newcastle

Yeah, I saw them at a small club in Poughkeepsie (The Chance Theater), and they seemed pretty on. I mean, I couldnt hear for shit cause it was a small place and all and the crowd was crazy, but they didnt seem near that sloppy.
