Hey Trivium, I have been wondering and I'm sure there are others that are wondering also. When you guys are starting to write a new song, how do you go about it? Do you just jam and see what comes out or do you guys start with a chord progression and build off of it?

Do you guys write it all out? Are you all good at music theory or do you guys just play by ear?

And fans, What is your favorite way of putting together a song?
