how does the meet and greet works?

You got some sort of mail with a confirmation or something? it just stands "request sent"

I did choose the meet ang greet for the 23th october, at bataclan, France !
Will a receive a mail of confirmation ?
Should i come at the show and say " i am at the M&G ?
How can i be sure i won a meet and greet ?
