How to determine the type of tube amps to buy?

I meant to ask: How do I know with tubes to buy for my amp?
A friend of mine owns a Fender 65 Twin Reverb Amp.

We noticed that ever since one of the 4 exposed tubes went missing, the fuse has been blowing out. Also, the other tubes seem to heat up way too much and there is a burning smell at times.
It seems like getting new tubes would do the job. Do I need to buy all four new tubes, or would replacing the missing one suffice? Is there anything else that can be wrong with the amp? Should I just bring it to a music shop, or is that not worth it?
Also, The manual says he'll need 4 6L6GC's, but both of these options seem to be good fits.

What's the difference between these two? Will both work? Help please. I'll re up the thread now and then because I'm too lost to go on with out any help.

Thanx for the feedback.
one more question, would it matter if I use Fender or another brand? The description of this produts makes it seem like it would be a better choice.
