First of all..Hi guys...I'm trying to discover more and more about Trivium history, I hope you can help me.
When did they change the former bass player and choose Paolo?
I've got another question for you...where can I find the demo cd of our gods of metal?
Thanks guys!

Paolo joined in 2004, filling in for Brent Young.
The Demo CD is out of print but you may be able to find a used copy of it on eBay or maybe if you're lucky a music store. It won't be cheap though.
And finally...

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trivium_%28EP%29 - Demo EP tracklisting
As you can see, Ember doesn't have all of the demos.

My copy of Ember only had Demon, and Blinding Tears Will Break the Skies ... and I don't think that one was a demo track.

Brent decided to split with the band after the LLTTF video and the signing to roadrunner. They used a few fill in bassists for the Machine Head, Chimaira 2004 Roadrunner Roadrage tour. Paolo found his spot in the band during that tour I believe, but didn't write any of the material on Ascendancy. The demo is rare and out of print, i think there was only 2,000 copies made. You can find copies of it on ebay floating around every now and then, but that's about it.

I think a copy of the demo went on ebay a couple of months ago for over £100, but its becoming a rare sight there these days and even more collectable!

You can try downloading it if all you want is to hear the songs. It should be pretty easy to download.

Blinding Tears (Ember version) is off a 3 song "demo" cd, that has that, LLTF and The Deceived
I like the LLTF on it and Blinding Tears, but prefer Ascendancy version of The Deceived

I prefer Blinding Tears on ETI to the Ascendancy remake, also. The ascendancy one kinda killed it for me.
