When I was in South-Africa last year, I bought the guitar world magazine (april 2006). That was the first time I had ever heard of Trivium. I checked them out soon after I got back to Germany.
Well, anyways, a while ago I read the article again about Trivium (here's one part of it):

Was that the original song-title? Or just a mistake?
Maybe Paolo can answer this

And kerrang. Lets face it though, you're an interviewer and the dude goes, this ones called and sadness will sear. Whata you gonna think he said.

Pretty sure the same mistake was made in Total Guitar, when they had an 'exclusive' on the new song names.

That would be the ultimate emo song name, if that were true.
so it's more likely just a few misheard words.

Not true. The song has always been And Sadness Will Sear, it has nothing to do with a female. Probably just an interviewer mishearing whoever they were interviewing.

If you read it out loud then they sound similar. It was just a mistake.

Must have been a mistake. Sounds similar, but the song was never about a girl or named that.
