I hope to get this guitar for my birthday in September (it's the Jackson Corey used to use but I SWEAR that's no the reason I'm getting it!! ) anyway I was wondering if anyone else had it and your experiences with it?

cube are pretty decent practice amps but if i were you i would invest half of the kv money into a diff amp possibly. if you got a 2500 dollar guitar plugged into a 150 dollar amp. its not going to sound like a 2500 $ guitar.

Roland Cube 60.

that is better but still 2500 is a large sum to spend on just one guitar. unless your heart is set on it i would look for something else. what kind of amp are you playing through.

QUOTE(zoso1234 @ Jun 25 2007, 06:25 PM) what would make it that expensive?? thats like what 3500 usd!!!! you could get like 2-3 nice guitars and a halfstack for that. is it a collectors guitar? must be a sweet paint job and the frets must be ivory and floyd made out of gold.
Erm, no, it's 2500 USD. I'm talking about euros here, not sterling.

you could get a guitar of equal playability though for half of that or less. get a carvin ultra V. with all the same feats as the kv2 beside paintjob. for 2500 less. you could probably get someone to give it that paint job for a couple hundred. or get a nice piece of wood with some flame or quilt to it. or you could probably get a custom ran with the same stuff. i don't know much about those. probably cheaper. and more original
