Your best bet is to down tune your 6 string guitar to mimic a 7 string guitar.

Tune it down to (from lowest to highest) BEADGB.

The entire song really requires a 7 string guitar. The verse riff, intro rhythm, backing riff to the solo.

Grab yourself a set of thick strings such as 12-58's or something, and restring your guitar to the aforementioned tuning and you'll be fine. You just won't be able to play the guitar solos.

B Standard on a 6 string is B E A D F# B

Playing a that low on a six string guitar is pretty hard unless you're Mark Tremonti. I suggest saving for a 7 string because Kirisute Gomen is hard enough on a 7, you don't want to have to reach even farther and have to move your hands even faster to be able to play it on a 6.
