I'll be honest, when I first saw this thread I thought, nahhhh..
Here's the relevant section of the interview, anyway..
Why did you choose not to work with Jason Suecof on this album?
Including Trivium, and Capharnaum, and Roadrunner United, and every demo Trivium’s ever done, and the Sims 2 game, and all this other shit, Jason and I have worked together about 15 times. It was time for both of us to spread our wings and listen to each other’s work as fans as opposed to having to think of each other always in a work manner.
That sounds like a really polished answer.

It’s totally true. There are so many things we’ve done together – death metal, black metal, joke emo, Roadrunner United, Trivium.

So you just said, Thanks, but no thanks?
No, no, he didn’t even – Both of us knew that after the last record, it was time to start doing things differently. I’m gonna work with him on a Capharnaum record, so this way we can just be in a band together and not be work partners. We’ll have more fun in that relationship.
Sounds like it might happen. Have no idea when, we'll just have to see what happens.

matts screams have changed since the last album he did with them so i wonder how it would sound lol could be good or could turn out a disaster, i guess we will just have to wait and see.

To be honest I think his screams are way better now, than they ever have been. I also don't think they'd want to release another Capharnaum album unless it was really worth it.
We'll just have to wait and see, anyway. I presume it'll be quite far off, considering Matt has a hell of a lot on his plate at the moment with the release of Shogun, and all.

Awesome interview! Looks like a new digital download is coming soon as well (from shogun). I had some Capharnaum on my other computer but then I trashed it... I need to get them again!

I saw the bit that Podgie posted in a Trivium bulletin on myspace, and immediately came onto the boards to start a thread about it... to find that I've been rather substantially beaten to it It would be great to hear some new Capharnaum!
