Meet & Greet, I need help quickly.

The show is tomorrow! :-\ Yes, I messaged Xingu two days ago, not answered, so I emailed Tour goddess yesterday, not answered again. So what should I do? But yesterday when I went to the box office and asked she said no, your name is not on the list.
