Location: Lund Posts: 200 Member #: 10,914 Joined: 09/02/2009	Yep, I was there both days. It was pretty nice. Children of Bodom, Trivium, Disturbed and Slipknot were the bands I watched that Friday. I have to admit, the crowd left a lot to be desired. Trivium of course made a pretty kick-ass show. But Throes could do with a bigger mosh pit, and wtf happened to the circle pit Matt requested at Pull Harder?after 3 seconds it turned into a normal mosh pit. I didn't really like Slipknot TBH, never have liked them, I watched them just because my friend/drummer wanted to watch them. I also have to say that I enjoyed Disturbed more than Trivium, despite Trivium being my favorite band. But I think that's because the crows in general was too meh. And it was a blast to hear When All Light Dies! I didn't like Saturday at all :S I missed out the nice bands in the tent. I saw Opeth, Dir En Grey and Marilyn Manson. I didn't like any of them. Back to Trivium, props to Corey for handling the solos so well, I uhh, actually expected more fuck-ups than thatMatt screaming even more is also really nice, I can't remember him using any hot guitars though. A 7-string Flying V and a rather ugly Les Paul. Travis was awesome as ever. But Paolo was probably the highlight, it was like he dominated the stage right from Kirisute Gomen. "I've been having these weird thoughts lately... like... how did I get to this place!?"

Location: Sandefjord, N/A Posts: 65 Member #: 10,462 Joined: 09/02/2009	Was there both days, quick recap: -Got there at noon, a little trouble getting wristbands (they didnt find my name on the guest-list at first, but worked out) -Was already sunburned during the first band we saw which was Pain. -Trivium was epic! Was near front, was pretty crazy there, but dunno how the rest of the crowd was. Matt sorta fucked up the last chorus on Flies, it was funny, hope someone has a vid. -Other highlights: Pain, Opeth, COB, Volbeat (pleasantly surprised) Crowd pic: [img width=590 height=442]http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b272/DivXtrollet/26062009015.jpg[/img] And no, I wasnt a bridge-freeloader ;)
