Basically it's an pic that was put up on Twitpic or Twitter a couple months back, but I can't find it anywhere now. The pic is of Matt wearing a black jacket and aiming a small SMG gun. He still has long hair and its tied up in a sort of Japanese style. I think it was put up at the time they were releasing photos not long after Nick joined the band. Can any help?
