Need HELP for M&G INDONESIA 11 FEB 2010

Finally Trivium came to my country (Indonesia), but somehow there's NO CONFIRMATION bout the Meet & Greet, though I have requested the Meet & Greet since long time ago. And last night was the show, and I COULDN'T MET them. so what's with the PREMIUM MEMBER BENEFITS?? I don't really see there are differences between non member and premium member. coz what I got is totally nothing, I don't deserved my Meet & Greet. and somehow I managed myself to got into their hotels, waiting for them, and I finally met them, and when I asked them and I showed my Trivium Member Card, they don't know anything bout the Meet & Greet. so what's with the PREMIUM MEMBER ? this was my message before. Hi there, I'm Guntur from Indonesia.. I'm waiting for an email about the M&G about the Auckland show too but nothing - and the concert is only a day away. Someone needs to pull their finger out, and fast.
