In this months issue, (the now shitty in my eyes) Dragonforce have said (the almighty) Trivium play like fifteen year olds :x :x :x

they only think that cause all they do is pointlessly shred. Triviums solos have meaning to them rather than "lets see whos guitar can make the weirdest noises" or "how many notes can u do in this solo, i'll race you" lol

We've already discussed this
Its doubted that Dragonforce meant this, or were slagging trivium

Actually in the intro there is a guitar playing an octave lower on the lead section, it gives it a deeper feeling, i'm surprised these guys at total guitar havent noticed it.

next month, Trivium's tones revealed
I assume total guitars version of triviums guitar tone was:
Gain : 10
Trebble : 10
Mid : 3-4
Bass : 7
and to be played on a marshall mg no?

June 10, 2006 8:27:00 PM UTC Post #29

treble seems to be 2 much

June 11, 2006 4:32:31 PM UTC Post #30

Trivium use Tube Screamers with those DSLs so the tones are correct in what is listed there
