Old Trivium World Login

EDIT: By way of introduction, I'm Jeremy Rosen and I head up the online team with Roadrunner Records. I've overseen the development of the site with Laurent, Luke, the band, and the fan club.


EDIT 2: I have been made aware of some possible renewal issues. Both the Trivium and Roadrunner teams are aware of this and are addressing with Artist Arena, the new company managing the fan club. We will have a billing contact up shortly and will make sure everyone who has paid to be a member is taken care of.

Hey fan club members!

I'm trying to help get to the bottom of issues with logging in with your old accounts and passwords. We have all of your old fan club membership data in place.

First things first, is anyone having an issue logging in with the EMAIL associated with their old fan club account and password?

Second, if you are have you tried resetting your password?

Last: if none of this works have you tried logging in with your old user name, but adding trivium at the front like this: trivium-username?

@Jeremy Rosen: Mines let me log in buts telling me i need to upgrade to access some areas, I logged in via my old account, and I joined around June 2009

The site is extremely glitchy right now.

I'm successfully logged in (I believe). On the right hand side I can see what threads were posted in last for each section of the forum (e.g., Filezon, or Tours). When I click on the actual thread that's on the right it takes me there. But when I click to view the entire sub-forum it takes me to the membership page.

I couldn't log in with my old password, but I got a new one and it took me to my membership information page.
I renewed my account before TW went offline and also got the email that my membership is renewed.
Just to be sure it's all good: On the site with my membership information it says:
"You have no active subscriptions" "add/renew subscription"
and this payment history is confusing me^^

Is this what we all see at the moment till the forums are back?
I just wanted to make sure I didn't do anything wrong ;)

@trivium-sicmaggot: It depends on whether you renewed or not and whether you were one of the people who may have had a renewal error under the old system. Please send me a private message about this and I will look into it.

@a7x9269: If you click on LOGIN at the top right, you'll be taken to the login page. There is a link next to the "Log in" if you've forgotten your password.

I logged in using my email and triviumworld password when I go to look at certain content it asked me if i want to upgrade. Does this mean I have to pay again to become a triviumworld member?
