i have peavey 6505+ head but it seems to be to low and high mids sounding. im thinking about switching ot marshall to get a good high crunch/twangy sound |

Either of them can sound however you want them to if you know how to dial them in correctly. They don't have a super specific sound to them. Only the really insane guys can pick out what amps a band use by listening to them, and even still that's like 2 people. |
