What i want to know is, what is the real name of this song?... On the back of the CD it's 'The poison, the knife or the noose'. When i rip the CD it's called 'The poison, the knife of the noose' and finally on the making of DVD it's called 'The poison, the knife and the noose. Not really important but just wondering really lol.

Poison, the Knife or the Noose is the title I got when I ripped my CD, plus Matt says Poison, the knife or the noose, I think that's the actual title.

Really? I had to change mines from the CD just cause i thought 'or' sounded better. On the DVD i mean there's a little thing in the corner( like the chapter sign things) when they're recording that song and it says 'and'.
Anyway, someone said something about it a while ago and i think it was Nechaev who said it, don't know what it was about or anything though.

Yeah, I also see what you're talking about, ti says clearly on the DVD, Poison, The Noose, and the Knife, I still think its or though, lol.

Its "logically" Poison, The Knife or The Noose!
Because it's been giving a choice of ways to die

Yeah but the quote by Nechaev that i'm assuming is where the title came from is “the poison, the knife and the noose are sanctified by the revolution”. But still, going by the lyrics i guess it is just 'or' but still.... quite a wierd mistake to find on the album lol.

not weird at all.. changes are made drastically throughout the whole process of writing music.. I guess you've never wrote before?
Hence how Down from the sky wasn't even in the lyrics until they started doing the vocals for them.. and in Prometheus and the Crucifix I think it is? Matt sings "A pain so hard I could collapse" in the Making of Shogun DVD and on the record he says "A pain so heavy I could collapse" so not weird at all.. just trying out different things to see which sounds better.

is it this song where at the end, after the song has finished, i think it's Matt who gives a bit of a laugh. seriously I only heard that this morning.

its an awsum song!! to me its about standing up for what you believe in no matter what the cost. " i will fight this by all means, with the poison, the knife, or the noose at me"-mkh
