Hey folks, thank you for making us aware. We (Roadrunner) have asked the team at Warner Music Group, who run the store, to fix the download link problem with utmost haste. For some of you who may already have gone to sleep this may not be resolved before you receive physical goods on release day and for that our apologies.

I wish I had more specifics on how we will make good on this right now, but I don't. However, I will keep this thread updated.

An email with a working link will be sent today to all customers who pre-ordered the deluxe edition from store.trivium.org. This issue shouldn't affect customers who purchased the digital versions of the albums from store.trivium.org as those emails don't go out until tonight.

Also, apologies for customer service not responding. The customer service office is not open on weekends and are located in the mid-West, so wouldn't have started fielding email complaints until about an hour ago.
