I'll probably get yelled at for asking, but I was just wondering if Matt's Japenese? I know it doesn't matter, but I was looking on Wikipedia and it was he said born in Japan. Anyone know?

I thought he might be half because of his middle name.
Because Matt's not exactly a japenese-sounding name, lol.
It made sense to me.

His dad is american and his mum is japanese I do believe. I am pretty sure he was born in Japan because there was big significance for him in them finally making it to Japan to tour.

His full name Matthew Kiichi Heafy, Kiichi sounding pretty asian to me.

I know for a fact his mom is Japanese, she rocks uber hard. Also, in Matt's bio:
Birthplace: Iwakuni, Japan
So, yes he was born in japan, yes he's half japanese.

Yea he's a huge megadeth fan. I know he's met Dave before and they ran into Marty on the bullet train I do believe.
