Hey, I've been sending out email confirmations for the upcoming meet and greets (if you've entered for any show up to the 8th of August you DON'T NEED AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION) and I notice that a lot of you use Hotmail addresses.

Hotmail is notorious for dumping anything it doesn't like into spam/junk folders.  Because of this, some people might be wondering why they haven't received an email from us, and it's sitting inside the junk folder....

To make sure that you receive emails from us, you need to add us to your 'safe senders' list, or else put us in your address book.  That tells  Hotmail that we're ok to receive emails from.


This goes for *all* email providers, I'm pointing out Hotmail because it's the worst, but everyone should add these two addresses to your safe sender/address book:

xingu@triviumworld.com
ninju@triviumworld.com

To whom this may concern: Hello, I'm writing this hoping someone that is with the trivium band crew/management or anyone involved with them will read this. A very big trivium fan died yesterday . His name was Michael . He was 19 years old and died of cancer. My boyfriend had a great idea of getting your new cd album thats coming out in August (Michael's birthday month) signed by the trivium band members in memory of Michael who has been a big fan of you guys for years. Hi I still haven't receive my email conformation yet. It has been about three days since I sent the email out. I have looked in my junk folder and my inbox. for the email. I would like to meet trivium at the jan 27 show in edmonton. so can you please help
