Dammit, he looks like fecking Eminem or Mark "Cheezwhiz" McGrath like that....gaaaah.
At least Skid Row and Motley had a few nice tunes, when they weren't doing ballads or singing about poon, that is. However, I will admit that I am a sucker for "Home Sweet Home" every now and again.

Hair Metal > Nu Metal > Metalcore

I used to listen to lots of Nu Metal bands. I always hated SOAD though. Drowning Pool's second album used to be one of my favorite albums, because I loved Jason Gongs voice.

I used to turn up at nu metal gigs raging on White Ace and destroy chavs. They were dark days.

Chavs went to nu metal gigs down there?

December 03, 2008 8:58:35 AM UTC Post #37

Oh god, yeah. Well not really chavs, but that kind of townie prick who used to turn up at those gigs just because they wanted to fight people. With bands like Limp Bizkit they'd show up because there'd always be a pretty fucked up bill so they werent too out of place. I was a cider swilling, acid popper with a penchant for destroying them. Even though that was a pretty dumb chapter in my life I guess I did some good, by defending the metal (of some dilution) from arseholes.

They're certainly one of the worst live bands I ever had the misfortune to see, I've been trying to forget it ever since but I fear that 10 years down the line I've been scarred for life.
