Sup Trivium, soo pumped that you guys are finally playing at Rock on the Range this year in May! I live in Columbus and have been waiting for u guys to play that outdoor venue for 5 years, it really is the best place to play here! So, the big question, are you playing on Saturday or Sunday? I don't see it posted on your tour schedule yet. Hoping its Saturday, but I will be there regardless! Keep killing it

I also live in Columbus, and may or may not be going to Rock on the Range. I saw Trivium for the first time a few days ago in Cleveland, and already anticipate the next time I'll get to see you guys, but I'm honestly a little disappointed with the overall RotR lineup this year. Depending on if I can find someone to go to RotR with me (lol none of my friends listen to rock music...), I'll probably still go just to see Trivium again

Having seen them more than I can count over the years if you are more interested in Trivium than ROTR then I would encourage you to get tickets to the AA / Trivium / Dir En Grey show in KY in April. It is about a 3 1/2 hour drive from Columbus - great venue and great lineup. Should be comparable to the In Flames gig in Cleveland set time wise. Though I am hoping they mix the set up a little bit.

They will likely have a 5-6 song set tops at ROTR. They are early in the day regardless of which day they play, which means like a 25-30 minute set. I also expect a very mainstream set from Trivium given the nature of the audience at ROTR to be rather tame and mostly 'rock' fans ...despite having several metal artists each year, it is a rock festival, and most people that go are not really 'metalheads'.

That being said, even a 30 min performance from Triv is worth it. I'll be at ROTR as I am every year.

I thought I saw that Trivium will be with AA in Toledo, so I may go to that one (like I said, if I can find a friend willing to go to a metal show with me lol). And I agree, I hope that show will have a different setlist. Even though I live in Columbus, last year was my first time going to RotR and I had a lot of fun, but it's too expensive for me to go if I'm looking forward to just a handful of the bands there. Nonetheless, I'm glad to see Trivium in Ohio :)
