I think this song is awesome and vindicates the evolution and progression of an already masterful band. Shogun was a masterpiece, at least for me, because it was the first album where I could say this is the Trivium sound. I believe that through Shogun Trivium found its unique identity and sound as a band. Although I am not in the band so I could be way off the actual truth. But, more to my focal point, I implore to you guys to stay true to yourselves on this next album. With the acquisition of a new drummer who has the abilities to play a faster, harder style you may be tempted to speed up every song with blast beats and insane tapping. I only ask that this is not done to the point of distraction from the Trivium sound we have all come to love. Do not become a Divine Heresy or Fear Factory with their machine gun drums. Nothing against those bands, I like them too, but they are not Trivium. As Trivium moves forward to write their own legacy I just ask you stay creative and stay metal. You have up to this point so I am not worried. I just have seen too many times when a band gets a new member their style changes. I look forward to listening to the next link in the chain that is Trivium. Stay metal,
Your biggest fan
